2:00-3:30 Trackside Skill Sessions

An experienced coach leads 25-minute small group sessions. Attendees can go to multiple sessions. The goal of each session is for coaches to receive mentored training in the requisite skills to teach and train athletes. High school student athletes will be involved with the stations for demonstration and practical application.
